MarínPianoLab JUNIOR is a program aimed at children aged 8 years and older, who want to continue their studies after participating in”KIDS“or who start studying the instrument at this age.
This program develops the teacher's philosophy Carles Marín to the next level, in which group activities are combined with individual master classes to initiate the specific development of children on the piano.
The JUNIOR program at MarínPianoLab develops its revolutionary methodology for early musical education for boys and girls aged 8 and over.
In JUNIOR, in addition to developing their musical skills in a playful and very structured way through endless exercises, students will receive individual master classes with the teachers of the program, participating in numerous activities that aim to increase their musical perception at this young age.
To carry out this program, students will need a piano at home on which they can practice the concepts presented in class.
Students enrolled in the program receive weekly individual classes With the teachers Elena Terol and Giulia Difraja at Musical Arts Valencia (C/ Honorato Juan, 13 - 46007 Valencia). The topics to be worked on are:
- Biomechanics and a healthy approach to the piano
- Improvisation
- Yoga/ breathing/ meditation
- Study of the appropriate repertoire for each student
28 hours of individual classes throughout the academic year.
In addition to the individual sessions they hold with the program's teachers, all students have the opportunity to share their musical development with their classmates in weekly group sessions. In these, the following concepts are worked on in a theoretical-practical way:
- Hearing education
- Rhythmic-melodic education
- Musical analysis
- Harmony
28 hours of group classes throughout the academic year.
Students will participate as active and listeners in two extraordinary master classes with the teacher Carles Marín throughout the academic year.
All students receive weekly classes by teachers Elena Terol and Giulia Difraja, as well as participating in a quarterly session With the teacher Carles Marín.

Maximum 4 students per group.
All students will enter the bathroom and wash their hands before the start of classes, to avoid interrupting.
If a student misses a session there is no chance of recovery.
Families are requested to be on time both for check-in and check-out.
28 individual classes + 28 group classes + 2 masterclasses with Carles Marín + material.
Total course: 180.00€ (payment in three installments of 600€ at the beginning of the term)
