Students who are studying any Higher Artistic Education degree at an approved center within the European Educational Framework, can request a Transfer of file or Transcription and continue your studies at Musical Arts Madrid.

Not to have failed six calls in any subject at any center in the autonomous community of the center of origin.
Not having exceeded the maximum duration of time at the school stipulated for the completion of Higher Education (seven years old).
To have surpassed at least the first academic year of the studied curriculum completely.
To have overcome at least 12 credits at the end of each academic year completed at the center of origin.
Despite meeting all these requirements, the school will never accept a transfer of enrollment if it involves the automatic obtaining of the degree by the transferred student as a result of the credit recognition process.
The application for admission by file transfer will be submitted to the destination center in two phases:
FIRST
Not to have failed six calls in any subject at any center in the autonomous community of the center of origin.
Not having exceeded the maximum duration of time at the school stipulated for the completion of Higher Education (seven years old).
To have surpassed at least the first academic year of the studied curriculum completely.
To have overcome at least 12 credits at the end of each academic year completed at the center of origin.
The applicant must send electronically only the application form to be transferred to the following email address, before July 30, 2024: jefaturaestudios@musicalarts.es
SECOND
The applicant must submit a form in person or by post all documentation required before September 10, 2025 at the center's secretariat. Postal address: C/ López de Hoyos, 168 — 28002, Madrid (Spain)

The request for the transfer of the file, signed and duly completed.

Certified photocopy of the personal academic certification, which must be issued and signed by the secretary of the center of origin.
It must include the subjects taken per academic year, their corresponding grades and the number of calls consumed to pass each of them, up to the date of issue of the certification. The document will also reflect the legislative reference of the corresponding curriculum.
Certified photocopy of the certificate of passing the entrance test specific to the instrumental specialty you were studying at the center of origin, which must include the qualification obtained
Certified photocopy of the Baccalaureate degree, the certificate of passing the university entrance test for people over 25, the certificate of passing the maturity test for those applicants without academic requirements or any analogue found within the European educational framework.
Requests for admission by transfer will be resolved by the center's management in the month of September.
Once admitted, the student will formalize their enrollment at the destination center in accordance with the regulations for enrollment, permanence and promotion. If you fail to formalize your enrollment within the deadlines established for this purpose, your admission to the center will be void.
SCHEDULE OF DEADLINES
JULY 10TH: Opening of the deadline for the request for the transfer of the file.
JULY 30TH: End of the deadline for the electronic submission of the request form for the transfer of the file.
SEPTEMBER 8: End of deadline for the delivery in person or by post of the documentation attached to the application.
